[ SHOUTBOX RULES ]

▶ Please respect all members.

• Absolutely no bashing of other members.
  
• No racist or otherwise hateful messages.
  
• No cursing!
  
• Respect everyone in the sbox and respect the staff if you are warned.

▶ Keep this forum English-based.

• If you wish to write in another language, translate the phrase after it has been written in the language other than English even if it is lyrics from a song.
  
• We are an international forum, so please respect those around you who may not understand the language.

▶ Welcome new members that post in the sbox.

• We want every member to feel comfortable, so by welcoming them, we are ensuring a friendly environment.

▶ Do not advertise/mention other fan forums/fan sites

• This is not your personal advertising space.

▶ Keep everything in the sbox at a pg-13 level.

• This means absolutely no profanity or sexually explicit material.
  
• There are some younger members here, so please spare them their innocence.

▶ No bashing.

• Everyone has artists that they may like or dislike, but we are here to be a positive community. It is understandable if you do not like another's artist, but please keep your negative comments to yourself as a way of respecting yourself, other members, and people who may lurk around the forums.
  
• This creates an unwelcoming environment and is not good for the forum's image.

▶ Do not pretend to be anyone other than yourself.

• This includes using the names of someone famous solely as your name on the sbox, this is not allowed.
  
• Breaking this rule will cause confusion, and even false excitement. We do not want our members to think that f(x) or any other artists is on our forum when they are not.

▶Do not provide false information.

• This includes exclaiming that a member or another important person has logged on even though they are not on. (ie. "OMG AMBER IS ON")
  
• This causes confusion and hysteria.... confusion and hysteria are a nono.

▶ Do not use BB Codes

• Any codes such as [ size=7 ] or [ color=999999 ] is not allowed hence "BB Codes"
  
• It would make the shoutbox look messy so please keep it clean.

▶ Do not spam/stretch the sbox

• Do not use excessively lengthy emoticons or punctuation

▶ Respect ALL Staff in Sbox

• ALL staff know the rules regarding the Sbox. If any of the staff warn you, respect and listen to their warning. This is for your own benefit - Affxtion doesn't want to have to ban anyone.
  
• Even if they are not part of the staff, it is beneficial to you to heed their advice.
